How many guests can I add?

You can paste up to 500 names at a time, one per line, and a line like "Alex & Sam" adds a couple you can seat together. Inside WedBuild, the trial and the free Essentials plan hold up to 50 guests, and Standard and Pro have no limit.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. On a phone the planner opens full screen, with the tables and guests laid out for touch. On a computer it runs right here on the page.
