Yes. Standard includes a drag and drop seating chart: assign guests to tables from a list and save more than one version. Pro adds the visual room designer and floor plan, with round and rectangle tables, guests or whole parties dragged onto exact seats, and table cards with dietary legends to print.

The checklist starts with ready-made wedding tasks that schedule themselves around your date, and you can add your own. See progress by category or as a month-by-month timeline. Give each task a priority, a due date and an owner, like your partner or a helper.

Find My Seat (on Pro) gives guests a QR code or link. They search their name and see their table and the room layout. Change the seating any time without reprinting, and guests always see the latest version.

Yes: every new couple account gets 7 days of every Pro tool, free and with no card, for up to 50 guests (with a smaller AI allowance). After that, stay on Essentials for free or upgrade to Standard or Pro for unlimited guests. WedBuild Planner, for professionals, has its own 14-day trial.

Your account moves to Essentials and everything you built stays, because ending a trial never deletes anything. The Pro tools lock until you upgrade to Standard or Pro, and unlocking them brings your work straight back. WedBuild Planner's 14-day trial is different: it needs a card, and billing starts on day 15 unless you cancel.

Not for couples: Standard and Pro are one-time payments for 2 years of access, and Essentials has no time limit. After that you can extend month to month if you like (A$7 a month for Standard, A$10 for Pro). Only WedBuild Planner, for professional planners, is a monthly subscription, sized by how many client weddings you manage.
