Check your AI planner allowance
In Settings, Plan, the AI Planner ring shows how much of your assistant allowance you've used. At 100% on Pro, Buy more credits tops it up, paid once.

Works on your phone
On Pro, and during your free trial, the assistant that knows your wedding runs on an allowance. You only ever see it as a percentage, and it's easy to top up if you use it all.
Steps

Open Settings and choose the Plan tab.

The AI Planner tile shows how much of your allowance you've used (1), with how much is left underneath. Below that, it reminds you: "Every message you send it counts, including questions about how the app works."

If it reaches 100%, the ring turns red and You've used your AI planner allowance appears. Choose Buy more credits and pay on Stripe's secure checkout page. It's a one-time payment, not a subscription. You come back to the Plan tab, and the ring drops back down.
Good to know
- Every message to the assistant counts on Pro. A quick question about how WedBuild works uses very little. A long answer about your guests or budget uses more.
- On Essentials and Standard nothing counts. The assistant answers how-to questions there, and those are free.
- It doesn't refill each month. The allowance is one amount, topped up whenever you buy more credits.
- The trial has a smaller allowance. If you use it all during the trial, the tile offers Upgrade to Pro instead of credits. When you buy Pro, you get the full allowance, and what you used on the trial doesn't count against it.
- Run out mid-chat? The assistant says so and links to Settings, AI Planner.
- There's also a limit of 50 messages an hour and 200 a day, for everyone. If you reach it, the assistant asks you to wait or come back tomorrow.
- See "AI planning is paused"? That's a hold on your account, not a used-up allowance. Email us at hello@wedbuild.com.
- Only the person who set up the wedding sees the Plan tab.
