Open your RSVP form, choose the questions and share the link.

  1. Open your RSVP form and share the linkIn Forms & RSVPs, open the RSVP tab, switch Form status on, choose who can reply and which events, then Save changes and copy the form link.
  2. Guest List Only or Open Guest List: which to chooseGuest List Only lets only guests on your list reply. Open Guest List lets anyone with the link reply and adds them to your list. Choose under Who can reply.
  3. Choose which events your RSVP form asks aboutUnder Events on your RSVP form, tick the events guests should answer, then Save changes. Private events only show to the guests invited to them.
  4. Add your own questions to your RSVP formUnder Your own questions on your RSVP form, choose Add question, write it, pick Text or Dropdown, then press the tick. It saves straight away.
  5. Ask guests about meals and dietary needsOn your RSVP form, switch on Ask for Dietary Requirements, and Ask for Meal Type (Adult/Child) under it if you need it, then Save changes.
  6. Set an RSVP deadlineUnder Sharing on your RSVP form, pick a date under RSVP deadline, change the time if you like, then Save changes. The form closes by itself at that time.
  7. Close your RSVP formUnder Sharing on your RSVP form, switch Form status off and choose Save changes. Guests who open the link then see Form Closed. Switch it on again to reopen.
  8. See and export your RSVP repliesOpen the Dashboard tab in Forms & RSVPs. Who replied lists each guest's answer, and every question's tile has View all, PDF and Excel.
  9. Collect guests' addresses with the Contact Details formIn Forms & RSVPs, open Contact Details, choose what to ask, switch Form status on and Save changes. Guests type their full name and fill in their own details.
  10. Let guests add themselves to your guest listOpen Guest Self Entry in Forms & RSVPs, switch Form status on, Save changes and share the link. Requests wait in Guests, Requests, until you approve them.
  11. Use a second or third RSVP formThe RSVP tab has three forms: Main RSVP Form, Custom Form 1 and Custom Form 2. Each has its own link, events, questions and deadline. The pencil renames one.
