- Planner plans and the 14-day free trialWedBuild Planner is a monthly plan priced by how many client weddings you run: Solo, Studio, Agency or Unlimited. Each starts with a 14-day free trial.
- Add a client weddingOn Weddings, choose New wedding, type the couple's names and choose their location from the suggestions. Add their email to invite them now, or later.
- Open a client's wedding and move between weddingsOn Weddings, pick a couple and choose Open wedding. Inside, the couple's initials in the sidebar list your other weddings, so you can jump straight across.
- See what's due across all your weddingsOpen What's due for one list of every task, payment, RSVP deadline and scheduled send across your weddings, overdue first. Tick, snooze or open each one.
- Invite your teamIn People, choose Invite a team member, type their work email, choose Admin or User and Send invitation. They join with their own login.
- Choose which weddings each team member can seeIn People, Team, choose a User. Under Who sees which clients, pick All clients or Selected clients, tick their weddings and choose Save.
- Invite your couple into their weddingIn People, Couples, choose the couple and Invite the couple. They join as Partner, plan alongside you, and you can hand the wedding over to them later.
- Give a vendor access to a client's weddingIn People, Vendors, choose Give a vendor access, pick the wedding, type their email and choose what they can see. They can look and print, never change.
