Planner plans and the 14-day free trial

The plans

• Solo: up to 5 client weddings.
• Studio: up to 15 client weddings.
• Agency: up to 50 client weddings.
• Unlimited: no limit on weddings.

Prices depend on your currency. See them at wedbuild.com/planners, or in WedBuild under Settings, Plan & billing.

Start your free trial

1. Sign up as a planner at wedbuild.com/planners. WedBuild sets up your workspace with a demo wedding to explore, which is free and never counts towards your plan.

2. When you're ready for your first real client, choose New wedding on the Weddings page. Pick the plan that fits, then choose Start 14-day free trial and add your card on Stripe's secure checkout page. You can also choose a plan from Settings, Plan & billing.

Your card isn't charged until day 15, and you can cancel any time before then without paying anything. Each account gets one free trial.

Change or cancel your plan

1. Open Settings (at the bottom of the sidebar) and choose Plan & billing. Your plan shows your plan, its next payment and how many weddings you're managing.

2. Choose Change plan (1) to move to a different size. Your card, invoices and receipts are on Stripe: choose Manage billing on Stripe (2).

   

• A bigger plan applies straight away. You pay the difference for the rest of the month.
• A smaller plan starts at your next bill, and never locks weddings you already have. If you're managing more weddings than the smaller plan allows, hand over or delete some first.
• To cancel, scroll to Cancel and choose Cancel subscription. WedBuild asks you to confirm. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
