What's due gathers everything with a date from all your weddings into one list, so you can start the day knowing what needs you. The red number on it in the sidebar counts what's overdue.
Steps
-
Open What's due from the sidebar. Everything due lists what's overdue first, then today, this week, next week and later. Choose Show to open next week or later.
-
On the left, All weddings (1) shows everything. Choose one couple to see only theirs.
-
Narrow the list with All kinds (2), to see only tasks, payments, deadlines, sends or wedding days, and with Lead (3), to see only the weddings you or a teammate lead.
-
Each row ends with its buttons (4): the tick marks a checklist task done (tasks only), the alarm clock snoozes it, and the arrow opens it inside the wedding.
-
To snooze, choose the alarm clock, then Tomorrow, Next week or Pick a date (1). The row leaves the list until that day.
What's on the list
- Tasks: checklist tasks with a due date.
- Payments: invoice payments from each wedding's budget.
- Deadlines: the day an RSVP form closes.
- Sends: emails and cards scheduled to go to guests.
- Wedding days: each wedding itself.
Overdue tasks and payments stay on the list until they're dealt with, however old. Everything else shows up to 60 days ahead.
Good to know
- Only you see what you've snoozed. Choose Snoozed to see them, and Unsnooze to bring one back early.
- Ticked a task by mistake? Choose Undo in the message that appears.
- Prefer a calendar? Choose Week at the top of the page.
- Your demo wedding isn't counted in All weddings. Choose it on the left to see its list.
- Coming up, on the right, shows your next weddings. From three weeks before the day, it shows how ready each one is.
