Invite your team
In People, choose Invite a team member, type their work email, choose Admin or User and Send invitation. They join with their own login.

Works on your phone
Everyone who works on your weddings can have their own login, covered by your plan. You choose what each person can do.
Steps

Open People from the sidebar. It opens on the Team tab. Choose Invite a team member at the top.

Type their Email (1). Use their work email: it becomes their login.

Choose their role (2):
- Admin runs the business with you: they manage the team and who sees which clients, add client weddings, and work in every wedding. Everything but billing.
- User works in the client weddings you give them. No team or billing controls.

Choose Send invitation (3).
They get an email inviting them to your team. They sign in, or create an account with that same email, then choose Accept invitation. Until then, they're listed with Invitation sent.
Change or remove someone
- Change a role: choose the person on the Team tab, then Change to Admin or Change to User.
- Remove someone: choose the person, then Remove from team. They lose access to every client wedding straight away, but keep their own login.
- Take back an invitation that hasn't been accepted: choose the person, then Withdraw invitation. You can invite them again any time.
Good to know
- The account that set up your business is shown as Billing & Admin. It does everything, including billing, and can't be removed.
- A new User sees all your client weddings to start with. To give them only some, see Choose which weddings each team member can see.
- Your demo wedding is visible to everyone on the team.
- One team per login. Someone who already runs a planner business of their own, or is on another team, needs a different email to join yours.
- A couple planning their own wedding can't join with that login. Ask for their work email instead.
- Only the Billing & Admin account and Admins can invite, change or remove people.
