Open a client's wedding and move between weddings

On Weddings, pick a couple and choose Open wedding. Inside, the couple's initials in the sidebar list your other weddings, so you can jump straight across.

Your Weddings page lists every wedding you run. Open one and you work in it with all the couple's tools: guests, budget, seating, website and the rest. Switching to another client takes two clicks.

Open a wedding

  1. Open Weddings from the sidebar and choose a couple in the list (1). A preview shows what they see on their dashboard, with what's due next and anything overdue.

  2. Choose Open wedding (2). You land on their dashboard, and anything you change, you change for them.

Want to go straight to one tool? Choose any tile in the preview, such as Guests, and the wedding opens there.

Move to another wedding

  1. Inside a wedding, choose the couple's initials (1) at the bottom of the sidebar. (With the sidebar open, it says Planning for and their names.) On a phone, tap the couple's name at the top of the screen.

  2. Choose another wedding from the list (2). It opens on the same page you were on, such as the checklist, where it can.

  3. To leave the wedding, choose All weddings (3) at the foot of the list, or Planner dashboard in the sidebar.

Good to know

  • Looking for one couple? Search by couple or location at the top of the Weddings list, and sort it with Soonest first.
  • The tick in the list shows the wedding you're in now. Your demo wedding is marked Demo.
  • Weddings shared with you as View only open as a read-only view, and are listed under Shared with you.
  • Can't see a wedding? If you're a User on a team, an Admin chooses which client weddings you can see. See Choose which weddings each team member can see.
