- Build your wedding day itineraryOpen Itinerary, add your day, then choose Add moment for each part of it. Moments sort themselves by time, and the preview shows what guests will see.
- Start your itinerary from your ceremony timeOn a day in Itinerary, choose Start from your wedding time, enter your ceremony time and choose Build itinerary. You get a full day of moments to edit.
- Plan more than one day in your itineraryIn Itinerary, choose Add day, name the day and pick its date. Each day gets its own tab and its own moments, and you choose which days guests see.
- Add people to each moment of your itineraryChoose the person icon on a moment, tick who's involved and choose Save. Their names show on the moment, and guests can find the moments they're in.
- Share your itinerary with vendors and guestsIn Itinerary, choose Share, switch on Link is live, add a password if you like, and choose Save. Then copy the link. It always shows your latest version.
- Give each guest their own itineraryIn Itinerary, choose Share and switch on Give each guest their own itinerary. Each guest's link then shows only the events they're invited to, day by day.
- Show a moment or a day to only some guestsIn a moment's form, pick the event it's part of and who sees it: everyone, that event's guests, chosen guests or groups, or only you. Days work the same way.
- Send each guest their itinerary linkSwitch on View your itinerary in an email and each guest gets a link to their own. Or, in Itinerary, choose Send links and send them on WhatsApp.
- Print or export your itineraryIn Itinerary, choose Print, tick what to include, then choose Print for paper or a PDF, or Export to Excel for a spreadsheet.
