Add people to each moment of your itinerary

Steps

1. In Itinerary (opens in a new tab), find the moment and choose the person icon beside it, Assign people (1). On a phone it's in the moment's ⋯ menu. It's also in the moment's form, once the moment has been added.

   

2. In Who's involved?, tick everyone who's part of this moment (1). Search by name, party or category, or tick a whole party at once with Select both or Select all. Then choose Save (2).

   

3. Their names now show on the moment. On your guest link, people appear by first name and last initial, like "Mia C.".

Let guests find their own moments

Switch on Let guests find their moments in your share settings. Your link then has a Find your moments box (1): a guest chooses their name, and every moment they're part of is highlighted with You're here (2).

Giving each guest their own itinerary? With Give each guest their own itinerary switched on, your link shows Find your itinerary instead, where a guest types their full name. Everyone you add to a moment sees it on their own itinerary, marked You're part of this, unless the moment is kept to Only you.
