Start your itinerary from your ceremony time
On a day in Itinerary, choose Start from your wedding time, enter your ceremony time and choose Build itinerary. You get a full day of moments to edit.

Not sure where to start? Give WedBuild your ceremony time and it lays out a typical wedding day around it, from hair and makeup to the send-off. Every moment is yours to change.

In Itinerary (opens in a new tab), open the day you want to fill and choose Start from your wedding time.

Enter your Ceremony time and choose Build itinerary. WedBuild adds 20 moments, from Hair & makeup begins seven hours before your ceremony to Last song & send-off eight hours after it. If the day already has moments, it tells you that building replaces them.

Make it yours. Change times, rename moments, delete the ones you don't need and add your own with Add moment.

Under the day's name you'll now see Built from your … ceremony (1), with Recalculate and Clear beside it.

If your ceremony time changes, choose Recalculate, pick the new Ceremony time (1) and choose Recalculate (2). The built moments move to match, and the moments you added yourself stay where they are.
Good to know
- A moment you've retimed by hand counts as yours. Once you change a built moment's start time yourself, Recalculate and Clear leave it alone.
- Clear takes the built moments away, after asking you first. Moments you added yourself stay.
- Your chosen vendors are linked for you. If you've marked vendors as selected in Vendors, the matching built moments are linked to them, like your photographer on the photo moments.
- Every built moment starts out on your shared link. Choose Only you under Who sees this on any you'd rather keep private, like getting ready.
- A very early or very late ceremony pushes some moments past the start or end of the day. WedBuild warns you, and pins those moments to the first or last minute of the day so you can move them.
- It builds one day at a time. For a welcome dinner or a recovery brunch, add another day first.
