Send each guest their itinerary link

Switch on View your itinerary in an email and each guest gets a link to their own. Or, in Itinerary, choose Send links and send them on WhatsApp.

Once personal itineraries are on, every guest has a link of their own. Send it however your guests like to hear from you: in an email, on WhatsApp, or both.

Steps

  1. By email: in any email, under Email buttons, switch on View your itinerary. Each guest's email gets a button to their own itinerary. See Write your own email to your guests.

  2. On WhatsApp: in Itinerary (opens in a new tab), choose Send links at the top of the page. On a phone it's the paper plane. Every guest is listed by family (1), with their link's status. Choose the WhatsApp button (2) on a guest and WhatsApp opens with your message and their link ready to send, to their number if it's on your guest list.

  3. For a broadcast list or a mail merge: choose Download links for a spreadsheet of every guest's link, with their WhatsApp number and a ready-made WhatsApp link.

Good to know

  • Write your own WhatsApp message in Share, under WhatsApp message. {firstName} and {link} are filled in for each guest.
  • See who's opened theirs. Each guest shows Opened, Emailed, Sent on WhatsApp or Not sent yet. Show only Not opened yet to follow up.
  • Only some guests to send to? Choose Invited to an event to list just its guests.
  • A link sent to the wrong person? Choose ⋯ on the guest, then Make a new link. The old link stops working, so send them the new one.
  • Guests don't need an account to open their link, and it always shows your latest changes.
