Send each guest their own link to your website
In Guests, choose Personal links. Once your website is published, each guest's link opens it saying hello to just them, with their own RSVP one tap away.

Works on your phone
Every guest on your list already has their own link. Once your website is published, that link opens your website already knowing who's visiting. It says hello to just them, every RSVP button goes straight to their own reply, and your Itinerary section shows their own days. One link does it all, so guests never juggle two.
Steps
-
Open Guests from the sidebar and choose Personal links at the top (on a phone, the link button at the top). Where links open says where they go right now. Once your website is published, it says "Links open your website, already knowing who it is. Their RSVP is one tap away." There's nothing to set: publishing your website moves every link to it by itself. Would you rather links opened the RSVP? Switch on Always open the RSVP instead (1). Further down, Download links (2) and Send one by one (3) help you send them all.
-
See it as a guest will. Choose ⋯ on a guest's row, then See what they see. Your website opens in a new tab as that guest sees it, with a greeting like "Hello, Priya" held at the bottom of the screen (1), with Not you? under it (2) and their own RSVP button. Your look isn't counted as them opening it.
-
Send everyone their link. On a guest's row, WhatsApp, Text, Email and Copy send one at a time, from your own phone or email.
-
Or choose Send one by one. It works through every guest not sent yet who has a mobile number, in your list's order. Choose Open WhatsApp (1), or Send as a text (2) (on a phone, Send as a text instead), and it opens with their number, your message and their link ready. Press send there, come back, and answer Did it send? with Yes, next guest. Skip moves on without marking it, and Edit the message changes the words for that guest only.
-
For everyone with an email, the button beside them, like Email the 31 not sent who have an email, opens a new email in Communications with Open our website and Reply to our RSVP switched on, and those guests ticked on its Send tab. Read it through, then choose Send yourself.
-
Download links saves a spreadsheet with a row for every guest: their household, their name, their own link, their household's code, email, phone, where they're at, how often they've opened your website and their RSVP, when they last opened either, and their reply. Use it with a WhatsApp broadcast list or a mail merge.
-
Watch them arrive. A guest's row says Opened the website and when, or how many times, and Replied once they've answered. Choose their name for the details: when they first and last opened your website and their RSVP, and when they replied.
Good to know
- Their RSVP goes straight to them. While the website knows them, every RSVP button on it opens their own reply, so there's no name to type. It says "Hi Priya", ticks her and offers the rest of her party. Already replied? It opens Your RSVP, with every answer and Edit beside each. The greeting carries its own RSVP button, so your floating RSVP button steps aside while it shows.
- The website remembers them on that phone or computer for 180 days, even when they come back by your plain web address.
- Not you? Someone using a link that was passed on can choose Not you?, then Find my name (your RSVP form's name search), I have a code or Just look around. Any of them makes that phone forget who it was, and an Are you a guest? bar stays so they can find their invitation again.
- Codes are for paper invitations: one envelope, one household. On your RSVP form, guests choose Have a code from your invitation? and type the 4 letters and numbers (on your website, Not you?, then I have a code). A code greets the whole household, like "Hello, Priya & Sam", and opens their household's reply with their earlier answers filled in. Printing invitations in Studio? Insert field, then RSVP code, prints each household's own code when you download One for every household.
- Your message starts with website wording: "Hi {first names}, here's our wedding website, just for you: {link}". Change it under Message template.
- Emails carry their link too. Open Wedding Website under Email buttons takes each guest to your site by their own link, even while Always open the RSVP instead is on, and the Wedding Invitation email starts with it switched on as Open our website. Every RSVP button in an email opens their own reply directly. See Write your own email to your guests.
- Where links open follows your website. Until your website is published in the new website editor, links open their RSVP. They do the same while your website is switched off, or if your guests go to a website you built somewhere else. Publish it, and every link opens it, by itself.
- Only you, your partner or your planner can switch Always open the RSVP instead. Anyone else helping you sees Only the couple can change this.
- See what they see lasts 10 minutes. Open it again for a fresh look. See what the household sees, in the household's ⋯, shows what their code opens.
- Forwarded a link by mistake? Make a new link in the guest's ⋯ stops the old one at once, on your website too. See Give each guest their own RSVP link.
- Make the greeting your own, or switch it off, in the website editor. See Say hello to guests by name on your website.
