Did a guest reply by text, or tell you in person? You can record their answer yourself, and it saves as soon as you choose it.
Steps
-
On the Guests tab, click the guest and open their RSVP tab (1).
-
Under Events & RSVPs, choose Attending, Not coming or Yet to reply for each event (2). Each choice saves straight away.
-
Further down, under Meal, dietary & songs, set their Meal type, Dietary requirements and Song requests. These wait for you, so choose Save changes when you're done.
On a computer there's a quicker way: in your list, click the guest's reply under an event's name and choose the new one (1).
On a phone, tap the guest, then RSVP, and choose their answer (1).
Good to know
- Private events say Not invited for guests who aren't invited. Choose Invite to invite them. For a guest in a party, Invite lets you invite just them or the whole party.
- There isn't a separate RSVP link for each guest. Everyone uses your RSVP form's link and finds themselves by name. See Open your RSVP form and share the link.
- Guest responses, at the bottom of the RSVP tab, shows what the guest sent through your forms. It's read only.
- See everyone's replies at a glance on the Dashboard tab. See Track replies, meals and dietary needs.
