Track replies, meals and dietary needs

Guests opens on its Dashboard tab, with replies for your main event and each other event, plus meal and dietary counts. Each number opens those guests.

As replies come in, the Dashboard tab in Guests keeps count for you. Every number is a shortcut to the guests behind it.

Steps

  1. Open Guests from the sidebar. It opens on the Dashboard tab.

  2. Who's coming shows replies to your main event: how many are Attending, Not coming and Yet to reply, and how many have replied so far. Choose a count, such as Yet to reply (1), to see those guests in your list.

  3. Every other event that collects RSVPs has its own tile with the same counts. Choose the event's name to see everyone invited to it.

  4. Further down, Meals counts your Adult, Child and Vendor meals. Dietary lists each requirement with how many guests have it, ready for your caterer. Choose a line, such as Vegetarian (1), to see who.

Good to know

  • Replies come in through your RSVP form. See Open your RSVP form and share the link. Heard from someone another way? Change their reply yourself.
  • Your main event is the one labelled Main event, usually your reception. It always collects RSVPs.
  • Contact details and Seating tiles show who's missing an email, phone or address, and who doesn't have a table yet.
  • Categories shows how many guests are in each of your categories.
