Works on your phone
Looking for one guest, or everyone who still hasn't replied? The search box and filters above your list find them in a few taps, and nothing about your guests changes.
Steps
-
Open Guests from the sidebar and go to the Guests tab. Type in the search box at the top of your list. Guests whose name, nickname, email or party name matches show as you type.
-
You can also type part of a category, event, table, reply, meal type or dietary need, such as "veg", and pick a suggestion (1). It's added as a filter under the search box, with an X to take it off.
-
Choose Filters to narrow your list by RSVP, Meal type or Missing info, such as guests with no email. Pick an option (1) and the panel says how many guests match. Choose Done (2) to close it, or Clear all to start again.
-
Choose Parties to see households together, or Individuals to list every guest on their own.
Good to know
- Yet to reply under RSVP shows anyone who hasn't answered at least one event they're invited to. For one event's replies, use the counts on the Dashboard tab. See Track replies, meals and dietary needs.
- Choose your columns on a computer with Columns: tick a column to show it, and use the arrows to move it. WedBuild remembers your layout.
- Sort your list by choosing a column's name, such as Full name or Email.
- On a phone, Filters opens from the bottom of the screen, and Simple or Detail switches between short and fuller guest cards.
- Nobody showing? Choose Clear all filters to see your whole list again.
