Works on your phone
Your Guest Self Entry form lets people add themselves to your wedding. Nobody joins your guest list until you say yes, so you stay in charge of who's invited.
Steps
-
Open Guests from the sidebar and choose the Requests tab (1). When someone is waiting, the tab shows how many, and so does the Requests tile on the Dashboard tab.
-
Under Pending, choose a request. It shows everyone who signed up together, with the contact details they gave.
-
Choose Approve to add them to your guest list, or Deny. For a request with several people, Approve all and Deny all decide for everyone, or use Approve and Deny beside each person.
-
Requests you've decided move to History (2). Show All, Approved or Denied, or search by name or email.
No requests yet? Choose Set up the Guest Self Entry form (3) to open it in Forms & RSVPs and share its link.
Good to know
- People who sign up together stay together. Approving them adds them to your list as one party.
- A decision can't be changed afterwards. A request in History has no buttons, so if you deny someone by mistake, add them yourself with Add Guest.
- Approved guests count towards your guest total, including the 50-guest limit on the Essentials plan. See Why can't I add more than 50 guests?
- On a phone, a request opens right under its row in the list.
