Works on your phone

Need your list for your caterer, your venue or your own records? One click downloads it as a spreadsheet.

Steps

  1. Open Guests from the sidebar and go to the Guests tab.

  2. Choose Export at the top (1). On a phone, tap the download arrow at the top of the screen.

  3. Open the file in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. It's named with today's date, like guest_list_export_2026-10-10.xlsx.

Good to know

  • It's your whole list, whatever you've searched for or filtered. Guests are grouped by party, with a blank row between parties.
  • What's in it: each guest's name, other names (like a nickname or maiden name), email, phone, mailing address, dietary requirements, notes, meal type, categories, song requests, party, table and seat, with a column for each event that collects RSVPs and one for each question on your RSVP forms.
  • Every category a guest is in is listed in their Category column, separated by commas.
  • Each event's column says Attending, Declined or Pending. For a private event, guests you haven't invited say Not invited.
  • Want it on paper? Open the file in your spreadsheet app and print it from there.
  • It imports straight back in, with names, other names, contact details, notes and parties kept. See Import your guest list from a spreadsheet.
  • Export is greyed out until your list has at least one guest.
