- Which seating tool should I use?Drag & Drop is the quick way to put guests at tables. The Visual chart draws your room seat by seat. The QR Seating Chart helps guests find their seat.
- Make a drag and drop seating chartIn Seating, open Drag & Drop Seating Chart, choose Add table for each table, then drag guests or whole parties from To seat onto the tables.
- Set up your room in the Visual Seating ChartIn the Visual Seating Chart, set your room's size with Room, add tables with Table and the dance floor or bar with Element, then drag them into place.
- Remove an empty seat from a tableIn Drag & Drop, choose the table's pencil and lower Number of Seats. In the Visual chart, click the table and press – beside Seats under Selected.
- Seat guests on the Visual Seating ChartClick a seat on the room, tick one or more guests and choose Assign. Several guests sit together, clockwise from the seat you clicked.
- Save versions and mark your final seating chartUse Save As or New Version to try different plans, Saved charts to switch between them, and Mark as Final on the plan you're going with.
- Print your seating chartIn the Visual Seating Chart, choose Preview, then Print. You get a plan of the whole room and a page for each table, with dietary needs.
- See dietary needs at each tableThe Visual Seating Chart colours each seat by dietary need. Open a table under Tables to see who needs what, and print each table's page for your caterer.
- Set up Find My Seat for your guestsMark your chart Final, lay out your room in the QR Seating Chart, then share the link or print the QR code. Guests type their full name to find their seat.
- Bring your Visual chart into Find My SeatMark your Visual chart Final, then on the QR Seating Chart tab choose Import from Visual Chart. Guests' map then shows your tables where you placed them.
- Seat guests from your phoneOn a phone, tick guests in the Drag & Drop chart and tap Seat to choose their table. On the Visual chart, tap a seat to choose who sits there.
