See dietary needs at each table
The Visual Seating Chart colours each seat by dietary need. Open a table under Tables to see who needs what, and print each table's page for your caterer.

Your caterer will want to know who's vegetarian, who's gluten-free and who has a nut allergy, and where they're sitting. The Visual Seating Chart shows you at a glance, and prints it table by table.
Steps
-
Open the Visual Seating Chart. Each seated guest's seat on the room is coloured by their dietary need. The key is under Dietary Requirements (2), at the bottom of the guest column, with how many guests have each need.
-
To see a table's guests, open Tables and click the table (1). Each seat is listed with a coloured dot for that guest's need.
-
For your caterer, choose Preview. Each table's page lists its Dietary needs, and each guest's in the Dietary column. Choose Print to print it or save it as a PDF.
-
On a phone, open the Visual tab and choose Dietary (1). It shows the same key, and Preview & print for the kitchen underneath.
Good to know
- The needs come from your guest list: what guests told you on your RSVP form, or what you've added for them in Guests. See Ask guests about meals and dietary needs.
- The key counts seated guests only. Someone without a seat yet isn't in it.
- Each guest has one colour, even if they have more than one need. Anything that isn't one of the listed needs shows as Other.
- Guests with no dietary needs have white seats.
- The Drag & Drop chart doesn't show dietary needs. They're part of the Visual Seating Chart, which comes with Pro and the free Pro trial.
