Build your guest list, group families together and track every reply.

- Add a guest, a couple or a familyOn the Guests tab, choose Add Guest, pick Single, Couple, Family or Group, type each first name and choose Add. A couple or family joins one party.
- Import your guest list from a spreadsheetGo to Guests, choose Import, and upload an Excel or CSV file. WedBuild shows you every guest it found before anyone is added.
- Edit or remove a guestClick a guest on the Guests tab to open their details. Change what you need and choose Save changes. The bin at the top deletes them once you confirm.
- Add a plus-one for a guestWhen adding a guest, choose Add +1 on their card. For someone already on your list, open them, go to the Party tab and choose Add Plus One.
- Put guests together in a partyOpen a guest, go to the Party tab and choose Create New Party, then pick who belongs with them. Or choose a party under Or join an existing party.
- Sort guests into categoriesChoose Categories on the Guests tab and create a category with a name and colour. Then tick it on a guest's Details tab, or for a whole party at once.
- Find guests with search and filtersOn the Guests tab, type a name in the search box or pick a suggestion like a table, event or dietary need. Filters narrows by reply, meal and missing details.
- Track replies, meals and dietary needsGuests opens on its Dashboard tab, with replies for your main event and each other event, plus meal and dietary counts. Each number opens those guests.
- Change a guest's RSVP for themOpen the guest on the Guests tab, go to RSVP and choose Attending, Not coming or Yet to reply for each event. Or click their reply in your list.
- Approve guests who sign themselves upPeople who add themselves through your Guest Self Entry form wait on the Requests tab in Guests. Approve them to add them to your list, or Deny.
- Export your guest list to ExcelOn the Guests tab, choose Export at the top. WedBuild downloads your whole guest list as an Excel file, with contact details, parties, seats and replies.
- Why can't I add more than 50 guests?Essentials, the free plan, holds up to 50 guests, and so does the 7-day Pro trial. Standard and Pro have unlimited guests.
