Works on your phone

A welcome dinner the night before, a recovery brunch the morning after: each one can be its own day in your itinerary, with its own moments, all on the same guest link.

Steps

  1. In Itinerary (opens in a new tab), choose Add day, beside your day tabs at the top.

  2. Give the day a Day name (1), like "Welcome drinks", and pick its Date (2). Leave Who sees this day on Everyone (3) if guests should see this day. Then choose Add day (4).

  3. The new day gets its own tab, showing its date and name (just the date on a phone). Click a tab to open that day, then add its moments with Add moment.

  4. To rename a day, change its date or hide it from guests, choose the pencil (Edit day) beside the day's name. On a phone it's in the day's ⋯ menu. The bin (Delete day) deletes the day and all its moments, after asking you first.

Good to know

  • Guests get a day switcher on your link once more than one day is on it.
  • A hidden day stays yours. With Who sees this day set to Only you, the day's tab shows a crossed-out eye and Hidden from link appears under its name. It never appears on the link.
  • A day for some guests only? With personal itineraries on, choose Chosen guests or groups. See Show a moment or a day to only some guests.
  • Print every day at once by ticking Include all days in Print or export.
  • Mark as final is for people you've shared your wedding with as View only, like your vendors. They see the days you've marked final (or every day, marked as a draft, until you mark one), and they still get any changes you make afterwards.
  • Itinerary days are separate from your events. The events guests RSVP to live in Events: see Plan a wedding over several days.
  • More than four days? The tabs scroll sideways.
