Works on your phone
A printed run sheet is handy for your MC, your venue and anyone without a phone in their hand on the day. You choose exactly what goes on it, so a copy for your vendors can leave out your private notes.
Steps
-
In Itinerary (opens in a new tab), choose Print at the top of the page. On a phone it's the printer icon. It appears once you've added a day.
-
Under What to include (1), tick the details you want: Times, Location, Vendors, Guests involved, Notes (shown to guests), Private comments and Visibility (public/private). Each moment's name is always included.
-
Decide on Include private moments (2), the moments you've kept off your guest link. If your itinerary has more than one day, tick Include all days to print every day rather than just the one that's open.
-
Choose Export to Excel (3) to download a spreadsheet, or Print (4) to open the itinerary in a new window with your browser's print options, where you can also save it as a PDF.
Good to know
- Private comments are ticked to start with. Untick them, and Include private moments, before you print a copy for vendors or guests.
- A line above the buttons counts the moments that will be included, so you can check before you print.
- The spreadsheet has one sheet per day, with the same columns you ticked.
- See "Pop-up blocked"? Your browser stopped the print window opening. Allow pop-ups for WedBuild, then choose Print again.
- The page heading from your share settings becomes the title of the printout and the name of the spreadsheet.
- For a live copy instead, share your itinerary's link. It always shows your latest changes.
