Choose which weddings each team member can see

In People, Team, choose a User. Under Who sees which clients, pick All clients or Selected clients, tick their weddings and choose Save.

Not everyone on your team needs every client. You can let a team member see all your client weddings, or only the ones you pick. This works for team members with the User role. Admins always see everything, because they manage this.

Steps

  1. Open People from the sidebar and stay on the Team tab. Choose the person in the list.

  2. Find Who sees which clients (1). For an Admin, it says they see every client wedding. To limit what someone sees, make them a User first: under Role, choose Change to User (2). It changes straight away.

  3. For a User, Who sees which clients offers two choices:

    • All clients: they see every client wedding, including new ones as you add them.
    • Selected clients: they see only the weddings you tick. Tick each one they should see (at least one).

  4. Choose Save. Changes apply straight away. Choose Cancel instead to put things back.

Good to know

  • Someone you've just changed to User starts with no client weddings ticked, so they see only your demo wedding until you tick some. That's on purpose: nobody keeps wider access by accident.
  • New weddings don't appear for Selected clients by themselves. Tick them here when you add them.
  • Your demo wedding is always visible to everyone on the team.
  • Only the Billing & Admin account and Admins can change this. A User who opens it is asked to talk to an Admin.
  • Removed a User on Selected clients, then invited them back as a User? They return with the same weddings ticked as before.
