Text guests who haven't replied
On a reminder's Text these list, choose Text all to text the households no email reaches. Or switch on Also text households with no email on the plan.

Your reminder plan emails the households that haven't replied. The ones with no email go on a Text these list, and with texts bought, WedBuild can text them for you, from the list or with every reminder.
Steps

Open Forms & RSVPs, choose the RSVP tab and pick the form, then Reminders. Under the plan, choose See the list beside the households with no email.

Text these says how many households, and how many texts they'd use. Choose Text all, with how many beside it, like Text all 12, to text every one not sent yet, or Text on one household's row.

The review opens with your reminder's words. Check your message, who's left out and why, and what's left in your balance, then choose Send and the number of texts. See Text every guest their own link for what each part means.

Each household you text says Texted and when. When they reply, they come off the list.
Text with every reminder
Under the plan, switch on Also text households with no email. Each reminder then texts the households no email reaches, as the emails go, never at night in the guest's own time. The line under it says about how many texts a round uses. Haven't bought texts yet? Switching it on opens Text your guests first. See Buy texts to text your guests.
Good to know
- It pauses if your texts run out. A round that your texts can't cover isn't texted at all (never half the list), and your reminder-day email tells you. Those households stay on Text these for your own phone. Buy more and the next reminder texts them again.
- Each reminder text has their household's own link, so they never have to type their name.
- Your own phone still works. WhatsApp and Message on each row open your phone's app, for free.
