Works on your phone
Every reply lands on the Dashboard tab of Forms & RSVPs: who's coming, who hasn't answered yet, and what guests told you. Each question's answers can be downloaded for your caterer, venue or planner.
Steps
-
Open Forms & RSVPs from the sidebar and choose the Dashboard tab. At the top, Replies for counts who's coming, who's not and who's yet to reply. If more than one event collects RSVPs, pick the event from the menu beside it. Each count opens those guests in your guest list.
-
Under Your forms, each RSVP form has a tile. Choose its number of replies (1) or Who replied (2) to see every guest who replied, marked Attending or Declined.
-
Under What guests told you, each question has a tile with its answers added up. The buttons above the tiles show the questions on All your forms, or on one form at a time.
-
Choose View all (1) to see every guest's answer, or PDF or Excel (2) to download them.
-
View all lists each guest beside their answer, with PDF and Excel at the top (1). Choose a guest's name to open their details.
Good to know
- Excel downloads a spreadsheet with each guest and their answer. PDF opens the answers as a page ready to print: choose Save as PDF in the print window to keep a copy.
- Each question downloads on its own, so you can send the dietary list to your caterer by itself. For everything in one file, choose Download spreadsheet under Meals and changes: it has your meal totals, every guest's replies and answers, and every change guests made.
- Coming and Not coming match your guest list. They follow each guest's RSVP status in Guests.
- Chase the rest. The Yet to reply list at the foot of the page names everyone who hasn't answered and marks anyone without an email address. Send reminders opens a new RSVP reminder email in Communications.
