Use a second or third RSVP form

The RSVP tab has three forms: Main RSVP Form, Custom Form 1 and Custom Form 2. Each has its own link, events, questions and deadline. The pencil renames one.

Works on your phone

Hosting a welcome dinner for some of your guests, or a recovery brunch the day after? You have three RSVP forms, and each one works on its own: its own link, events, questions and deadline. So you can send a separate RSVP to just the guests it's for.

Steps

  1. Open Forms & RSVPs from the sidebar and choose the RSVP tab. Then choose Custom Form 1 (1) or Custom Form 2 along the top.

  2. To rename the form, choose the pencil beside its name (2), type a new name and press the tick. The name is for you, so you can tell your forms apart on the Dashboard. Guests never see it.

  3. Set the form up as you would your main one: Who can reply, the Events it asks about, its Questions and Your own questions.

  4. Under Sharing, switch Form status on and choose Save changes.

  5. Choose Copy link (3) and send it to the guests it's for. Each form has its own link, so guests who get this one only see this form.

Good to know

  • Each form is separate. Opening, closing, the RSVP deadline, the events, the built-in questions and your own questions are all set form by form.
  • Ask about just the right event. On the second form, tick only the event it's for under Events. If that event is private, only the guests invited to it can reply. See Choose which events your RSVP form asks about.
  • A yellow dot on a form's tab means it has changes you haven't saved yet.
  • Guests can reply to more than one form. Each form asks about its own events, so a guest's yes or no on one form doesn't change their answers on another.
