Add the wedding to your calendar
After you RSVP yes, choose Add to calendar on the thank-you screen or in your RSVP email. Or choose Add to Calendar in the couple's own email.

Works on your phone
Once you've said you're coming, it's easy to pop the wedding into your calendar so the date, time and place are always to hand. The calendar file works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook and most other calendar apps.
Right after you RSVP

When you've sent your RSVP saying you're coming, the thank-you screen lists your events under You're attending, each with its day, time, place and dress code. Open in Maps shows you the way there.

Choose Add to calendar. One file holds every event you're going to.

Your phone or computer downloads a calendar file. Open it if it doesn't open by itself, and confirm in your calendar app.
From the couple's email

In the couple's email, choose Add to Calendar. (The couple can rename the button, so it may say something a little different.)

A page opens for the event. Choose Download Calendar File (1), then open the file and confirm in your calendar app.
Good to know
- On the couple's online card, an Add to Calendar button downloads the calendar file straight away.
- Closed the thank-you screen already? If you got an email after replying, its Add to calendar button saves the same events.
- Not going? The thank-you screen only offers the events you said you're attending.
