Works on your phone
Need one event's replies outside WedBuild, for a venue, a caterer or your own records? Each event's replies download as a spreadsheet file that opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
Steps
-
Open Events from the sidebar, click the event and open its Replies tab.
-
Choose Export CSV (1). Your browser downloads a file named after the event, like event-Ceremony-rsvps.csv.
What's in it
One row for everyone the event is for, with these columns:
- Guest Name and Email
- Status: Coming, Not coming or Yet to reply, the same words as on screen
- Submitted Via: the RSVP form they replied through, like Main Form
- Response Note: anything they wrote
- Submitted At: when they replied
Anything they haven't given says N/A.
Good to know
- It's everyone, whatever you're looking at. The Coming filter or a search changes the screen, not the file. To keep only who's coming, sort or filter the Status column in your spreadsheet.
- Export CSV shows once the event has guests and collects RSVPs.
- For a private event, the file lists the guests you've invited.
- Want your whole guest list, with meals and dietary needs? See Export your guest list to Excel.
