Works on your phone
Want your invitations to land on a Saturday morning, or right after you announce it to the family? Schedule the email and it goes by itself at the time you choose, even if WedBuild is closed.
Steps
-
Open your email from Communications, go to the Send tab and tick the guests it's for. See Choose which guests get an email.
-
Choose Schedule at the top of the tab. In Schedule Email, pick a Date (1) and a Time (2), then choose Schedule Send (3).
-
Those guests now show as Scheduled, with the day and time it will go. The Scheduled number at the top of the tab shows the next send.
Good to know
- You can schedule up to 3 days (72 hours) ahead. Days further out can't be picked. Further off than that? Come back closer to the time.
- Times are in your wedding's time zone, the one set by your wedding location. The panel names it, for example Australia/Adelaide.
- You can keep editing until it goes. Guests get the email as it is at the moment it's sent.
- To call it off, choose the Scheduled filter under Progress, tick those guests and choose Cancel.
- Different times for different guests? Schedule one group, then tick the next group and schedule them for another time.
- On a phone, Schedule sits beside Send at the top of the tab.
