In Forms & RSVPs, the Dashboard's Yet to reply tile shows who hasn't answered. Send reminders opens an RSVP Reminder email; tick those guests on its Send tab.

Works on your phone

Some guests always need a nudge. WedBuild shows you who hasn't replied, and an RSVP reminder email is ready-worded with a button that opens your RSVP form, so chasing replies takes a few minutes.

Steps

  1. Open Forms & RSVPs from the sidebar. On the Dashboard tab, the Yet to reply tile shows how many guests haven't answered and how many of them have no email address. Further down the page, a list headed Yet to reply to (with your event's name) shows who they are. Choose Send reminders (1).

  2. A new email opens with the RSVP Reminder template, already filled with a subject and a friendly message. You can also start one yourself: in Communications, choose New Email and pick RSVP Reminder (1) on the Set Up tab.

  3. Open the Design tab and change the words if you like. Under Email buttons, Update RSVP (1) is switched on: check its Links to column shows your RSVP form (2), or choose it there.

  4. Open the Send tab and tick the guests who haven't replied (search for each by name to find them quickly). Then choose Send, or Schedule to pick a time. See Choose which guests get an email.

Good to know

  • Send reminders doesn't pick the guests for you. You choose who gets it on the Send tab, so keep the Yet to reply names handy.
  • The Send tab's filters are about this email, not about RSVPs, which is why the Yet to reply list is the place to see who hasn't answered.
  • Guests without an email address can't be emailed. The Yet to reply list marks them, so you can call or message them instead.
  • Reminders never go out on their own. You choose when and who, each time.
  • Make sure your RSVP form is open, or the button leads to a closed form. A closed form shows "(Inactive)" in the Links to list, with a note. See Open your RSVP form and share the link.
  • Want to include the invitation again? Switch Announcement card on, on the Set Up tab, before you change any words: the message changes to point guests to their invitation, and you choose the card in the View Invitation row.
  • Sending another reminder later? Use Send reminders again for a fresh email, so each one keeps its own record of who got it and who opened it.
