Use WedBuild on your phone

Open app.wedbuild.com in your phone's browser and sign in. The menu button at the top left opens every page, and the round button opens the assistant.

Works on your phone

There's nothing to download. WedBuild works in your phone's web browser, with the same account and the same wedding as on your computer, so a change on one shows on the other.

Steps

  1. On your phone, go to app.wedbuild.com and sign in the same way you signed up (with Google, or your email and password).

  2. Tap the menu button (1) at the top left to see every page. The assistant's round button (2) sits in the bottom corner on every screen.

  3. The menu lists the same sections as on a computer. Scroll it for the rest. Help centre, Settings (1) and Sign Out are at the bottom. Tap a page to open it, or the cross to close the menu.

  4. Want it one tap away? Use your browser's Add to Home Screen option (in Safari it's in the Share menu). WedBuild then opens from your home screen like an app.

Good to know

  • Your dashboard stacks into one column on a phone. Customise dashboard, at the bottom, gives each card up and down arrows and a Smaller button, so you can put what matters most at the top. Your phone keeps its own layout, separate from your computer's.
  • The assistant fills the screen on a phone. Tap the down arrow at its top to close it. You can drag its round button to another edge if it's in the way.
  • Drag & Drop seating works on a phone (Standard and Pro). On its Tables side, the ... button beside each table opens Edit Table and Delete Table.
  • Your guests use their phones too, and they never need an account. See Do our guests need an account?.
