Your dashboard: what each card shows
Your dashboard sums up your wedding, one card per part. Click a card to open it, check Actions for what's due, and use Customise dashboard to rearrange it.

Works on your phone
Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in. It's your whole wedding on one page, and it updates as you plan. The numbers below match the picture.
Steps
-
Your wedding (1) shows your names, your date and place, and how many days to go. To change them, click your date or place: it opens Settings.
-
Each card sums up one part of your wedding. Click a card, or the arrow in its corner (2), to open that page:
- Guests: how many have replied, and how many are Attending, Declined or Pending. Click one of those to see just those guests.
- Budget: your budget, what's paid and what's left.
- Checklist: how much is done, and anything overdue.
- Seating: how many guests have a table.
- Events: your next event and how many days away it is.
- Website: whether it's Live, your web address, and whether your RSVP form is Open.
- Communications: your cards and emails.
- Forms & RSVPs: which of your three guest forms are open. Click a form's name to go straight to it.
-
Actions (3) lists checklist tasks that need you: Overdue ones first, then what's Coming up in the next 7, 14 or 21 days (choose which). Click a task to open it in your checklist, or Open checklist for the whole list. Ask AI what to prioritise asks the assistant what to tackle first.
-
To rearrange it, choose Customise dashboard (4).
-
Drag a card by its name label (1) to move it. Click a card to see its sizes and pick one, or drag its corner handle (2). Then choose Done (3). Cancel leaves things as they were, and Reset to default puts back the original layout.
Good to know
- Your layout follows you. It's saved to your account, so it looks the same wherever you sign in. A computer and a phone each keep their own layout.
- It fits your screen by itself. On a computer the whole dashboard scales to fit. While customising, Fit to screen and the - and + buttons set the size yourself.
- No countdown? It appears once you've set a wedding date. Until then, Set your date takes you to Settings.
- Actions only shows tasks with due dates. If nothing is due, it says All caught up! No urgent tasks.
- Notices appear above your cards only when something needs you, such as guests waiting for your approval or someone asking for more access.
