Do our guests need an account?

No. Guests never sign up or sign in. They open your links (your website, RSVP form, Find My Seat and more), and the RSVP form finds them by name.

Works on your phone

No, never. Your guests don't need an account, a password or an app. Everything they need opens from a link you share or a QR code they scan, on their phone or computer.

Steps

  1. Find your guest links in Settings, on the Guest links tab. Each one copies when you click it: your RSVP Main Form (1), your Wedding Website (2), QR Seating / Find My Seat, Contact Details and Guest Self Entry.

  2. Share them however suits you: in an email from Communications, on your wedding website, or printed as a QR code on your invitations (see Make a QR code for your paper invitations).

  3. When a guest opens your RSVP form, it asks What's your name? (1). They type it, pick themselves from the list, and reply for everyone in their party. Nothing to sign up for.

What guests can open

  • Your wedding website. If you've switched on password protection, they type the password you give them. It's still not an account.
  • Your RSVP forms. Once they've said they're coming, guests can add your events to their calendar.
  • Find My Seat. On the day, guests scan your QR code and type their name to see their table (part of Pro).
  • Your itinerary, if you share its link. It can have its own password too.
  • Your emails and cards, which arrive in their inbox with buttons to open your card, website or RSVP form.

Good to know

  • Can't find their name? The form asks them to check it's spelled as on their invitation, or to get in touch with you. Check how their name is spelled in Guests.
  • Guests only see what you share. Your budget, checklist and planning stay private.
  • People helping you plan are different. Your partner, your planner, or anyone you give View only access needs a free account of their own. See Share your wedding with your partner.
  • Want to send your RSVP link? See Open your RSVP form and share the link.
