Download a copy of all your wedding data
In Settings, Account, choose Download my data. You get a ZIP file of everything you've planned, and nothing in your wedding changes.

Want a copy of everything you've planned, to keep or before you close your account? WedBuild packs it into one download. It's only a copy: nothing in your wedding changes.
Steps

Open Settings and go to the Account tab.

In the Your data tile, choose Download my data (1). The button says Preparing... while WedBuild gathers everything, then the file downloads.
The file is a ZIP named wedbuild-data-export- followed by the date.
What's inside
- A file for each part of your wedding: your account and wedding details, guests, events and RSVP replies, forms, budget, vendor comparison, checklist, cards, emails, website and seating.
- A README.txt that lists every file.
- Your photos and other uploads aren't in the ZIP itself, to keep it small. The file storage-manifest.json has a download link for each one.
Good to know
- The files are JSON, a format other apps and developers can read. They're not spreadsheets.
- Want your guest list in Excel? On the Guests page, choose Export instead. You can import that file again later, too.
- Only the person who set up the wedding sees the Your data tile.
