Keep your plan going, or bring it back after it ends
Need longer than 2 years? On the Plan tab, choose Extend for a monthly plan that starts when yours ends. After it ends, choose Reactivate.
- Standard
- Pro
Works on your phone
Standard and Pro include 2 years of access from the day you buy. If your wedding planning runs longer, you can carry on month by month, and nothing you've built is lost along the way.
Before your plan ends: extend it
-
Open Settings and go to the Plan tab. The Subscription tile shows the date your plan Expires.
-
In the Need more time? tile, look at the monthly plan it offers (1), the monthly version of the plan you have, and choose Extend.
-
Pay on Stripe's secure checkout page. You aren't charged until your current plan ends, and the monthly billing then starts by itself. Until then, the Subscription tile says Monthly scheduled.
We email you 30 days and 7 days before your plan ends, unless a monthly plan is already lined up.
After your plan has ended: reactivate it
When a 2-year plan ends with nothing lined up:
- Your account becomes read-only. You can look at everything, but you can't change anything else. You can still switch off what guests share with you (their photos and your guestbook), hide or delete it, and download their photos.
- Your website is taken offline and your RSVP forms close.
- Your data is kept for 12 months. The Subscription tile shows the date. After that, your account is deleted for good.
To bring everything back, open Settings, Plan, and in Reactivate with a monthly plan choose Reactivate under Standard Monthly or Pro Monthly. Full access comes back once you've paid. Then publish your website again from Website, and switch your RSVP form back on (see Open your RSVP form and share the link): neither comes back by itself.
Good to know
- Your wedding day is protected. If your plan would end within 30 days of your wedding, it keeps going until 30 days after the day, so your website stays up when guests need it.
- Invoices and receipts are on Stripe: choose View on Stripe beside Invoices in the Subscription tile. On a monthly plan, that's also where you change your card or cancel.
- Cancelled a monthly plan? The tile says Cancelling and shows the date you keep full access until.
- Payment failed? The tile says so. Update your card on Stripe so you don't lose access.
- Only the person who set up the wedding sees the Plan tab.
