Works on your phone

Your website is built from sections, one under another: a welcome, your story, the schedule, the RSVP. Add as many as you like, put them in any order and take away the ones you don't need.

Steps

  1. Open Website from the sidebar and choose the Sections tab. Search for what you need (1), or open a kind of section, like Dress code (2), to see its designs drawn in your own colours and fonts. Click a design to add it after the section you're looking at, or drag it between two sections.

Want an empty section to fill yourself? Choose Blank section at the foot of the tab.

  2. To move or remove a section, click its name (1) at the top-left corner of the section on your page. The bar above your page then has its actions (2): move it up or down, duplicate it, add a blank section below it, or delete it.

You can also drag a section by the dots beside its name.

  3. Deleting asks first, so choose Delete section to go ahead. If you change your mind, press ⌘Z (Ctrl+Z on Windows) and it comes straight back.

  4. Choose Republish (or Publish website) so your guests see the new order.

Good to know

  • Try another look for a section without starting again: select it, open the Edit tab, open Layout and pick another design. Your words and photos come with you.
  • Rename a section by double-clicking its name on the page. The name also starts off as its link in your menu.
  • Designs marked Live fill themselves from your planning, like your schedule of events. See Add live details to your website.
  • Deleting a section takes its menu link with it, so your menu never sends guests to a section that's gone. Undo brings back both. See Edit your website's menu.
  • Change a section's height by dragging its bottom edge.
  • On a phone, choose Add in the bar along the bottom, then Sections.
