Make your website look right on phones
Choose Phone above your page to see and change the phone version. Each section follows the desktop until you change it on the phone or untick it.

Works on your phone
Most guests will open your website on their phone, so it's worth a look. WedBuild lays out the phone version from your desktop design for you, and you can fine-tune any section by hand. Your words, photos and colours are always shared between the two.
Steps

Open Website and choose Phone (1) above your page. The bar beside it says how your sections are set up (2), and each section's note says whether it Follows the desktop or has its Own phone layout (3).

Change anything you like right on the phone. Moving or resizing something there gives that section a phone layout of its own, and WedBuild tells you so, with an Undo if you didn't mean it. From then on, changes on the desktop won't move the phone, and the other way round.

To choose for a section yourself, click its name and open the Edit tab, then Layout. Under Phone and desktop, tick Phone layout follows the desktop (1) to have the phone rearranged from the desktop, or untick it to keep a layout of its own.

Choose Republish (or Publish website) so guests see your phone version.
Good to know
- Want a section to follow the desktop again? Choose Link again beside it in the phone view. It replaces that section's own phone layout, so WedBuild asks first. To link every section at once, open the note beside Phone and choose Link every section to the desktop….
- Hide something on phones only by selecting it while Phone is chosen and choosing the crossed-out eye, Hide on phone, in the bar above your page. With Desktop chosen, the same button hides it on computers only.
- Added something on the desktop to a section with its own phone layout? It waits on the phone with New on desktop: place it, so you can put it where it fits.
- See it on your own phone with a preview link. See Preview your website before guests see it.
- Editing on your phone? Tap to select, double-tap words to type and pinch to zoom.
